F-Type head unit is the same and the 'adapter' is plug-and-play. No wire cutting/splicing.
Here is a video of getting to the back of the head unit from the NAV-TV install...
I think NAV-TV's unit gives the same functionality with the additional video-in ports. Not 100% sure though.

Why anyone would actually want to do this in a 2-seat sports car is beyond logic to me. IMHO your passenger should be interacting with the driver rather than watching some pointless soap opera, sports event and/or adult entertainment. Being in close proximity to the screen, the driver could obviously also become distracted by such video. Such an occurrence even for a brief moment may well be enough to endanger the occupants.

I agree entirely, ndabunka. However, I recall reading that euro-spec versions have an infotainment screen where motion video is only visible to the passenger. I thought OP was in Italy.
