where are you setting your front/rear fade?

if I go more to rear no sound - I suppose this system is set up for four seaters and therefore I need to keep it about where it is in the pic.

Since the unit just plays through the stock head unit, I leave those setting to the head unit itself. I played around with those and nothing made the sound better (the EQ was awful).

 

Funny. I LOVE the EQ, finally let me set up the system to give some decent sound.

I spent a fair amount of
time adjusting the EQ as well as stock audio settings and found the sound improved.
curious where you all have your fader front to rear set?
is it similar to my image in the original post?

 

Do you guys have Apple? I have an android and it only had preset EQ options available, which were just not good.

Android doesn't get that screen. There are far more options for Apple (like many different, individual volume controls) than Android.

 

Hmmm strange, I didn’t have access to change that setting, mine just used to say whole. I did have access to the eq though and mine was as apple.

 

I was wrong. I went through the preset options on the EQ, which were all horrible. I then got to 'Custom' and was able to setup the EQ pretty well. It made a big difference.
