Default Ran 11.7 @ 120 MPH + Crash Video!

OK, it's more like an 11.8 (11.792) @ 120.37 MPH. WaltB and PhillyWeb got me curious what my stock R would do. Adventurous first run, the guy next to me went off!!! I did 2 other runs, 119.9 trap speeds but horrible launches saw me in 12.2s.

11.8 @ 120 is basically what Edmunds got. A couple of mph slower than what MT and C&D got. But overall good to see I got into the high 11s at 120 mph. As I noted in the video, I think I might have lifted a tad early before the end so maybe a 121 mph is in the cards.

Nice to see PhillyWeb go 11.4 @ 126.

Thanks! I always feel the sound from a distance is better than the mic directly at the exhaust. Interestly enough, I entered in the weather conditions and got the "corrected" time. Maybe the 123mph C&D / MT is corrected.

11.7 is pretty good. What drive mode did you use? Paddles or just letting the car do everything? Any traction control or launch rpm info?

I was in Dynamic Mode except I had suspension set to "normal". Sport shift mode, full auto. Nothing special in the launch, just normal like I would at a stop light. My tire pressure was non-factory 33 psi (cold) from my weekend track day setting. The 2nd and 3rd runs were horrible. It really is all about getting that good easy balanced throttle. Too much throttle and I sat there while the wheels spun and the traction control light went off.

Is there a fuse or something we can pull to temporarily disable the wing. Curious to see how much the drag from it affects the time.

C&D adjusts for conditions--- not sure about MT.

Did this correct just for altitude or also for the damp track?

track wasn't damp. It was a sunny 85 I think for traction purposes the pavement is different than the normal one, so it just looks dark/wet.
