Retrofitting LSD? Other Mods?
Agreed, Cambo is a valuable source for information. It’s just through my research (shopping) I have not even found an MA version. I mean there’s so many numbers on these differentials it’s easy to misinterpret one. It’s been a few years since this thread was active so maybe a part revision too?

Of course, they assigned the wrong part number. Most of the auto recyclers will claim that any of the diff variants are compatible with any of the F-Type variants. When purchasing used, you need to purchase based on that 2 letter code. You could also rely on the VIN of the donor vehicle and get a dealer to confirm which model it was.

Yeah I noticed from the pics it was an automatic car. What's interesting is when I part search from multiple dealers websites for a 2016 V6S differential (LSD & 3.31 final drive) and then I check what it fits, it says it fits automatic AND manual vehicles. Are we sure this AA vs. MA even has a bearing on what diff fits what cars? Or is it just because the dealer websites don't drill down past the part number (T2R4000)?
