I put a carbon fiber vinyl wrap on mine.

The scuff plates pull up and snap back on very easy.

Hmm that gives me a good idea, maybe I'll actually convert the scuff plate to a carbon fiber one.

Great, now I've noticed that in my getting in/out of the car, I'm doing the same since I'm also very height challenged (and this car is taller than my previous one so I don't sit down into it as much and have to lift my feet higher which is fine in shorts or pants, but in a skirt and heels I still need more practice). Might need to look for the wraps as a solution. Not sure if y'all are going to be a good or bad influence on me.

Where did you find the vinyl wrap? Asking for a friend of course. Yes, I could Google it for myself, but if you have a link handy, it would save me time and be for a product someone has actually used.

A little bright from the flash, but in natural light they blend in great and protect the sill. Easy to redo when they will eventually get scuffed again.

I used Vvivid wrap... it's available through several online sources in a variety of carbon fiber styles... 3D / 4D, Matte, Gloss, etc.
