Smoking on Start up
Up to you of course but I would keep driving it until it got worse so you know for sure. It will be really expensive because you may as well change all the timing equipment, water pump, coolant pipes etc. etc. while the heads are off.
Update.
Head gasket job is done! The car is passing the engine block test now (the liquid stayed blue!!). The amount of white smoke did reduce, but it's still shooting some puffs out on cold starts. I'm comparing with the other cars I have and none produce as much smoke as the F-type.
I'm not too sure what else it could be since there are still no codes/CEL. I threw some BG44K in the tank to clean things out. Haven't noticed much a difference, not yet at least.

Do realize that the Fs are Direct Injection, and as such, the typical engine cleaners will not get to all the areas that may need a cleaning. While the additive cleaners do help. the deep clean is a different process.
