Spotify and Apple CarPlay
I have a 2019 F-Type R. Suddenly, for no apparent reason, I cannot hear anything when I play Spotify tracks through Apple CarPlay. The screen will show the track playing but there is no sound. I do not have this problem when I play tracks from Apple Music, Amazon Music or other iOS app, nor do I have any issues with other iOS apps (e.g. Wayze) or with making and receiving phone calls.

Not had this issue but just check on your spotify app that "listening on ...." is directed to your carplay and not another bluetooth device. Should switch automatically of course but sometimes these things can glitch.
Unrelated to your problem but found that setting spotify volume level to "quiet" rather than the default of "normal" or "loud" option makes a big difference with much better dynamics and enjoyment.
