Seller has fronts also. Don't believe pads are included. Have had some Porterfield low-dust pads in a box for a long time, probably not the best choice now? Always hated how a 10 min drive is a dust fest to this day.
I don't really need to go with a super nice track-ready setup as my garage queen never sees hard braking. Would these be good to have warming up in the bullpen or are there better choices for the R's 376mm rotors?
I just did all 4 rotors and pads on my 2017 R. Used cross drilled and slotted rotors with ceramic pads from brakeperformance.com. Whole kit was around $700 and DIYed the install in about 3 hours. Works great! Looks good, and the dust is way down compared to stock pads. FYI.

Did you happen to do any weight comparison to stock?

Thanks.
With 29,000 miles you don’t need rotors. You do need to swap in the Porterfield pads ASAP. Not only will the dust be better but the wear on the rotors will be better.
Doesn't look like anyone answered your initial question. I think it would be hard to tell even if you were to receive them and they were in a brembo box. China has gotten really good at counterfeiting everything so unless someone is an actual brembo engineer they may not be able to tell. That being said overall it looks like they have a ton of neutral and negative feedback by numbers but because they push so much volume it's not a high percentage. That being said, I'd say it's probably about a moderate risk that they are not genuine and/or the service will be pretty crappy.
Agreed, most likely Chinese knock-offs. And even if they are genuine Brembo they are probably still made in China anyway.
It seems that these days 99% of after-market brake rotors are made in China and many different "brands" are the exact same rotors just re-boxed.
There are lots and lots of sellers of brake rotors which fit the F-Type R (380 mm front 376 mm rear) many of which are reputable and even if made in China they are still decent quality.
I have Hart brand slotted and drilled rotors which I bought some 10 years ago for my XFR, undoubtedly made in China, but they have performed flawlessly and hardly worn at all, very happy with them.
Also don't restrict yourself to looking for F-Type rotors and end up paying an "F-Type tax" on them, the exact same 380 mm and 376 mm rotors are used across a wide range of Jags including XF, XK and XJ.
Thanks, That hits home also. Bought a Hikvision cameras off Ebay sold as all original OEM, the real deal, new in box. Nope. When they wouldn't accept a firmware update I knew they were cheap knockoffs. Kept them cause dirt cheap. BRAKE components not so much - no thanks.
For now, I guess I'll put in the Porterfield low dust pads I bought three years ago. AC died overnight end of last summer - apparently a valve - so will have the shop tackle the brakes, AC for now. AC fix part is past my home hack mechanic skill level. Jan 2015 tech bulletin on that faulty valve but they wouldn't pre-emptively replace under warranty, only if it failed.
