After lurking around on this forum for more than 3 years, and posting for a year, I am finally an official member. I first test drove a F-Type R in May 2015. By the first traffic light, I knew it was better than what I was then driving (a 5.2L V10 Audi); by the second light, I was thinking of all kinds of things around the house that I could sell to buy it... and then we got on the highway and I had to have it, I became obsessed. That was 3.5 years ago!
It took a long time for the stars to line up, but I finally drove one home today. It was a beautiful moment.

+1 Hell yeah brother, we finally did it, was totally worth the wait! This car is special, I sat in the in car in my garage for a good 20 minutes, because I was still too excited and couldn't sleep. Keep the discipline! and stay within parameters for the break in period, I've been a naughty boy in the regard, but OMG its so hard not to want to floor this thing ALL the time.

I have the glass panoramic. The interior is very cozy and I am borderline claustrophobic, so having some "opening" to the outside world was actually important to me! Thanks for your welcome.

I believe the panoramic roof is std equip beginning in 2019.
