Default Top Gear Perfect Road Trip 2

Looks like Hammond has some trouble handling the F-Type R at the 1:50 mark.

Looks like a fun video. I liked the first one. Damn looked like a crash in the Ftype too.

Finally watched the entire thing. Not bad overall, a couple really nice cars, typical cocking about.

Not sure if it was just for scripted effect but Hammond didn't really like the F-type R. It sure made me excited to get mine though, the Italian Racing Red looked really good on film. The trailer spoiled the end of that segment, major cringe from me.

Hoping the stig gets to take it around the track this next series.

Top Gear was filming in the north of Australia (and made no secret of it) a few months ago.

But nothing in that trailer shows any indication of an Australian background,we do have plenty of ocean though.

Maybe our one and only unrestricted speed road enticed them here.

Probably for the actual series. This special was just in Italy.

For some reason, he seemed to be trying hard to find something bad to say, but he didn't sound very convincing.

(apparently this forum doesn't recognize spoiler tags...)

That's kinda what I thought too which is why I added "scripted" as I think it was the case. I mean really, he actually said he didn't think it was that beautiful looking!? Same went for Clarkson when talking about the Stingray. It was his car of the year so for him to rag on it was purely scripted drama.

I do hope they do a film on the actual series though.

I sat through the entire thing. It was funny. Shame about the "R" though. He didn't seem to mind it every time he passes the 4C

That was when he was in the Stingray. He was racing against the yellow M4 when in the F-type. They were chasing down the Stig.

You're right. Sorry. He still seemed to like the R though. He couldn't hide his excitement when they were on break.

Towards the end Stealth. It looks like he's in the coupe.

It's still fun and entertaining. And doesn't take itself too serious like that boring pay per view /DRIVE crap or the dumbed down for american audience top gear usa. So yes, the world still watches this.
