trunk spce 2014 f-type convertible

hi, will the trunk hold a full size suitecase - 28"x20.8"x12.5"?

Not a chance. It would either have to be less than 7" tall (thick, your 12.5" dimension), or less than 15" deep (the 20.8" dimension)..

DJS=correct

picked up a friend at the airport once with a carry on about that size, had to take everything out of the luggage and spread it around.

You all need to pick up a coupe for those times when a little extra space is needed.

photo is just before setting off for the Wild Blubery Blast with following in the boot:

17 (4)bottle barbeque sauce gift packs
1 carry on size hard case suitcase
1 soft duffel bag
1 small carry case
2 pairs shoes (quite large size)
I bag t shirts and stuff
I full size jag oem umbrella
I leather shoulder bag plus; stuff in hidden compartment

I have fitted luggage and it was still a challenge, can't over pack at all. For a couple with evening plans probably 3-4 days max.

my wife and I discovered that for night out wear to hang it on flexible wire hangers behind both seats. The rest in softer sided bags in the boot.

You need to think outside the box (suitcase). There is plenty of room in the vert trunk for whatever you need/want As long as you don’t use luggage. Go to The Container Store and get some zippered bags. You can get a months worth of stuff back there as long as you avoid luggage and utilize the space.

It was the 17 boxes that made us do it! Mbourne's packing of the vert boot is skillful. Not cheating options there.

Alternatively you can carry a full set of golf clubs, just put the drivers in separately first, then your bag, and shoes, though they could go in the lowest "box" indent.
