I have both pulleys and catless downpipes. VAP had to pull some timing out of max rpm in the tune or itd go into limp from the coils not keeping up.

You have the dimensions correct. Just go with the lower pulley. Going with both will overdrive the SC which loses too much efficiency at the top end. The lower pulley alone (with the corresponding tune) will substantially improve low end torque.

Are you AWD? You should be able to do 10.9 easy with 690 hp. In fact, math says that you should get a 10.89 at 14% drive train loss (you should get less) (or more with some 103 or 105 octane) and lastly, decent shoes are key, the key ingredient. Go wider if the tuner can compensate for slight front rear diameter variation, and stick with pilot super sports or pilit sport 4s. Go to 265,35,20 and 305, 30, 20. 10.8 would be in reach probably.

Viola, you not have a 10 second car and are banned from the track until you put a weight increasing cage in!
