Are there heat shields under the car to Eg stop the hot exhaust cooking the underside. I've had those on previous cars. Possible one of them is displaced and allowing more heat to transfer?

I do not have this problem but the trunk on my vert gets pretty warm,
Best to not use for fresh food or ice cream!!
