Default Water Droplets Behind Headrest

Hello, all!

Last August I purchased a 2015 F-Type R coupe & I absolutely love it. I noticed something strange today after going through the car wash.

There were droplets of water behind my headrest near the rubber seals of the window. I stuck my hand back there to see if there was a leak or if anything felt damp, but I couldn’t feel anything at all in the way of water. This is the first time I’ve ever noticed this.

Has anyone heard of or experienced something similar? Is it possible the window seals might be loose? I have a warranty through CarMax but I’m not entirely sure if this is something that would be covered or not (depending on the issue).

Thank you for reading!

Perhaps the auto-up calibration of the window is off, so that it wasn’t sealed? There are directions in the manual for recalibrating it if it looks like the window isn’t sealing.

I know it sounds bad, but I take her through a touchless wash with absolutely no brushes. Does a decent job for the most part.

Quite a few threads over on the UK forum on this very matter - https://www.ftypeforums.co.uk/viewtopic.php?t=4982

I haven't washed my car since I tried the fixes suggested there, as I have had the same leak, as it's done pretty much nothing but rain since and I've barely driven the car so I don't know if they've fixed it in my case.

It's the top hole that seems to cause the leak onto the parcel shelf behind the seat
