OK, I'll bite.
Someone has swiped the back half of your exhaust system and the driveshaft?

You have a very diligent mechanic. It looks like he/she used duct tape to protect the valance from scratches during the muffler removal.

I personally hope the seal issue is limited to the e-diff.

He is a great mechanic, and the only one that has worked on my car since it was new. Very pleased with the work he has done and the commitment he puts down in his work.
I have gotten the new (redesigned) pinion seal now, and I (and the mechanic...) am pretty shure it will cure the rather small leak there was. The diff only needed a small amount of oil to top off, so very little had been lost.

While he was at it he also replaced the front right parking sensor, as it gave false warnings (intermittent) which was rather anoying.

Tomorrow morning my wife and I are going for a road trip (with the F-type) over the mountains to a small village at the end of one of our nice fjords. We will stay at a small Hotel built in 1880 and run by a true petrolhead. Hope to get some nice pictures from the trip, as the nature is great with some spectacular fun and curvy roads Looking very much forward to this long weekend
