Beyond getting one from a dealer?

Quick search on EBay yielded this…Claims to be a genuine part, and it seems to indicate it can go on the grill, but I guess you would need to confirm:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/30554036020...Bk9SR_iuhYeqZA

Beyond that there are always junk yards I guess,

I must be a glass is half full kind of guy, but it's such a pain to remove the S badge, I'd have to ask why is it gone? Is it truly and S? People debadge the rear all the time, but the grill, that requires removing the entire front bumper.

Yeah, I was kinda wondering the same…

That said, people have also been known to steal badges off of higher end vehicles. It does happen.

thanks for the concern guys, I had the same thought as well, my first guess was that it may have been in an accident but turns out the car was ordered without one, we looked up the build sheet, weird but I guess it does happen from time to time? and I did compare the vin to the the window sticker and carfax, real S, the car is in mint condition, i'm super excited

Yes, you could order without badges. Very few people did, but that was a real thing. Sorry for casting doubt.

Not just high end - some scumbags went along a road where I used to live removing the badges from every car! I lost the front badge from my Nissan Almera.

You should be able to stick the badge on using black RTV silicone sealant.
That is what I used to stick an "R" badge on the grille of my old XFR and it never budged a micron, even though the adhesive only touched the grille in a few spots. The pre-facelift XFR such as mine did not come from the factory with an R badge on the grille so no badge holder.
I have used black silicone RTV to stick all sorts of things on my cars over the years, especially various badges, and it has never failed me once.

I actually blacked mine out recently. Plasti dip.
Decided that the green/red clashed and threw off the visual balance. I'm not big for badges and lettering anyway. Visual clutter to my eye.
Might go with a P7-style grille next year anyway.
