Default Widest reasonable rear tire?

The rear end on the Ftype is as we all know so damn good…but I think what would make it look chunkier and just overall better are wider tires.

has anyone ran a 315 tire out back on these cars that’s safe and where it hasn’t sacrificed drivability too much?

what’s the widest rear tire you would recommend? Btw I have a 2015 V6 base model.

I have 305s in the back but got custom rims in the width and offset to work with those. Could you fit a 315 on another rim? I'm sure you could, but it would likely be less than ideal.

I have the same setup as this except my car isnt lowered https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/f...talled-203620/

The ride and handling is much improved from stock.

I think the rears could come out another 10mm, to 315.
