Nikasil still are threat?

Welcome to the forum Neven,
If a nikasil coating has lasted this long and the compressions are still good, it is unlikely to fail. It has been reported that, following the removal of the problematic sulphur content fuel, bore wear on nikasil engines is now often less than engines with standard steel liners.
I see that Croatian Crodux fuel is categorised as “sulphur-free” as it meets the European standard EN 228 for low sulphur content (under 10 ppms) which is as good, if not better than the fuel it will have been running in the UK.

Thank you so much for the encouraging and supportive message dear Graham. Crodux is my favorite and I have good experience with their fuels.
In respect to listing my vehicle(s), I must admit I am a bit reluctant because I do not own any Jag so far, although that is my desire since childhood and I intend to fulfill it a.s.a.p., searching intensively for an elderly but not too much aged Jag in good condition. All I found so far are those with V8 engines 1999 (XJ8 and XJR) or 2000 (S-Type). They all have at least 100.000 miles but seem to work perfectly although they were not registered for years but kept in garage.
Otherwise I have quite nice cars, but since none of them is a Jag, I do not think these should be listed.
Kindest regards, sincerely yours, Neven
