While using SDD some sessions work fine other have popup saying battery voltage is zero. Battery icon is always half pink half red. Torque app shows battery at 14v at obd connector also i have 13.8v 30 amp power supply connected. This must be a software issue?

 

Again and again we see this. What are you using as a power supply? Note power supply NOT battery charger!
You need a 50A, 13VDC+ low ripple power supply. Until you have one hooked up to the car you are headed for big problems!

All the SDD stuff should be added to the current giant thread on this forum. Search for the SDD threads and post on them. They are huge and old. Tons of information are in those threads but it will take some time to read thru them. Otherwise it's all scattered about and the same things are repeated over and over.

Work. My cheap knockoff works fine. Battery with 30 amp power supply stays green car is a 2009
