OK I figured out how to remove the VDP seatbacks...
1. Unscrew the 4 phillips head screws holding the picnic table brackets to the seatback
2. Unscrew 2 phillips head screws at the very bottom of the seatback (you have to tilt the seat up and stick your head under to see them, use a short screwdriver)
3. pull on the sides of the seatback, on the lower portion, to remove some snaps.
4. On the passenger seatback, which has power adjustments for the front seat, undo the power wire
DONE!
Now the thing I dont know is whether these will simply pop on a non VDP seatback. The VDP seats have metal brackets where the picnic tray screws bolt into...I dont know if Non VDP seats have these same brackets.
