How do you edit the thread title? I tried editing it by clicking on 'edit' then 'go advanced' and edited the title, but it doesn't show up edited.

 

You can edit your posts within a cetain amount of time but can't delete it no matter what .
As for the editing title , I think it goes same for the statement above .If you like whatever you edit please drop a link here our forum team will care of it

I don't want delete anything, just to add "Sold" at the beginning of the thread titles in which the items have been sold.

I just edited the titles and added SOLD at the beginning of the threads and closed them down .

I have a thread on the type x forum with the title AGM battery and it might be more appropriate to title it AGM battery and Alternator light or some such.
