Im anumbnuts when it comes to computers, I'd love to know how to resize my photos and post them. I don't have room to add any photoshop software, so I shall continue to lurk in obscurity in the meantime. Anybody know the solution?

 

You needan image resizer , if you have an XP don't worry . Just google or go to microsoft's site and type " XP Power Toys " You should see the image resizer program .Otherwise, you can also use Jasc Software for resizing the images .

I think your image size is still big , please try 50 x 50 and see the results

 

Ok thanks for your help Caddilac that is 50x50. Ohio Tech, I downloaded "JPegsizer" for free. It is pretty easy to use. Good luck.

Well, you may also try 100 x 100 , 50 x 50 looks very tiny to me . If not try 80 x 80 using the same methods

Jagtech, do you have windows on your computer? Itsalready a part of your computer if so, so no need to download any additional software. If so, go to Accessories, then Paint. Open the picture you want to resize, then click on the word Image. Then click on Resize/skew. You'll see Resize, and a box for % of reduction. Do both Horizontal and vertical the same amount. You can check the size of the picture by checking the attributes of the picture. Just keep resizing the picture by % until you get the size you want. Then save. Believe me, its much easier than it sounds. And, its free also.
