when i try to -post photos i get an NOT ACCEPTED FORMAT MESSAGE
MP4 is a very common format for pictures, see if your camera has this format. Somewhere on the Forum I've seen the accepted formats for picture downloads.
If you look at the "Manage Attachments" button below the message box it lists what file formats you can upload to this forum.
Note I don't see MP4 listed? I would recommend the dead standard .JPG format instead. I also change the file size to fit the forum. Sometimes I can't tell until I have uploaded a picture if it's too big or not so then I delete that picture and make the picture smaller in Paint and try again.
Also try to NOT use any picture hosting sites as they are all garbage! You can see the devastation these POS people do to any forum on the internet. The pictures will always be moved or lost or they start charging you. Please just post all material directly to this forum. That way it will last as long as this forum does.

I am strictly a point-and-shoot camera jockey, but I keep my little Panasonic on MP4/VGA 2 megapixel almost all the time. I've never had any trouble attaching pictures in the Forum. Here's an example with my camera with those settings.
P.S. RE: My thread "aggressive cookie" gives some information on a pop-up on this Forum that prevents me (anyone else out there.....?) from sending a picture or signing out. The fact that I am able to send this picture means I took a bullet and "accepted" the hostage-taker.
I see that my little camera has mislead me. When I look at detail info on my pictures it says they are .JPG. Maybe the MP4 in the camera settings is just something the Panasonic people thought would be funny. Thanks for straightening me out.
