I think a "General Jaguar Discussion" section or "General Car Talk" section would be well received. The "Off Topic" section should apply to things that are truly off topic. Jokes, politics, etc. Anyway, I've had several topics I wanted to bring up, but found there wasn't really an appropriate section to do so in.

Please can you fill out a little as to what sort of discussions you'd envision taking place and show where there are no relevant sections?

Certainly, as previously stated and within reason, if there's anything that would require its own section and enough interest in it I'm open to suggestions.

Does anyone think that there may be some mileage / interest in forums for the following?

Video games / gaming section
Sports - Football / American Football / Rugby / Ice Hockey / Basketball etc
Guns / weapons

 

Sure! Especially football (ie soccer)!

 

Uhhhh....I dunno. I think we're getting a bit off the tracks. Should we add "Men's Fashion Trends", "Cuban Cigars", and "White Water Rafting" as well ? Is is the goal to become a one-stop-shopping type of forum ? :-) :-)

I think the single "Off topic" section is a good catch all as it stands.

Off topic, in my opinion, should be for ANYTHING not related to a particular model, or any other subforum...which I believe we have plenty of them.

 

May be we can add Motorsport Forums but not a big deal for me . I know we have gamer members too who will be pleased with game threads . However as h20 said Off Topic covers them all lol

I agree, I think that the Off Topic forum covers it all, we have had several discussions on specialised subjects that have died a natural death once they have run their course.
