Default Cigar lighters for Mk IX

Of all the things to have a problem sourcing... I'm looking to replace the missing cigar lighters from my Mark IX's B-pillars. I'm not concerned with them being original; I'm not even concerned about them working. I just want two of them that match to plug the currently empty holes. The heating element that plugs in to the car has a diameter of 0.9" / 23mm, but the only things I can find anywhere are approx. 0.8" / 21mm, and they just flop around in the sockets.

Any idea where I can get my hands on two of these larger-diameter elements?

I'd be surprised if you can source the element alone. Whenever I've repaired cigar lighters I've had to buy the full assembly.

Is the Mk IX lighter the same as the Mk X? If so, forum Sponsor S N G Barratt is showing stock as Part Number C18638 :

Thanks, Graham. I'm not sure if it's the same, but I'll call Tony when they open and see what he says. Barratt has been awesome on mechanical parts for this beast (we just rebuilt the engine and Barratt supplied almost all of the parts), but I've struck out on interior parts from them. I honestly didn't even think to check with them. I checked with XKS.com & Moss, who've been relatively good on interior parts, but they were of no help on the cigar lighter.

I don't mind buying the entire assembly and then throwing away the socket, but I don't want to have to disassemble the B-pillars just to replace the stupid removable lighter. Plus, I expect the hole in the wood is larger than the diameter of a current socket anyway.
