For all who have been reviewing this thread and having a fit problem - I got a response from SNG Barratt regarding the issue and I was told that they will be contacting Bell about the problem. I doubt that I will hear anything about the outcome of the communication between SNG Barratt and Bell, but I am hoping that something is done.

if the parts don't fit, it's wrong.

 

I'm interested to see the response, and if they're willing to somehow set things right. Even providing the necessary longer hangers would be a good gesture.
