Default 1st Jag- from the green mnt state

Hi folks,
Nice website here and I have already learned much concerning my new 2000 s type with 4.0 and 75,000 miles. I bought it from a shady character but it was rust free and ran well. It smells like a cigar inside but it is very clean for the miles put on it. It has clunks in the suspension when going over bumps and the shocks were upgraded so I am in the process of finding info on here concerning such an issue. I will get it up on a lift soon and have a personal view.

Welcome to the forum cloud hands,

Good to have you here with us at Jaguar forums.

I can see you've sound the S-Type tech section. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for info on regular issues.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

Enjoy the forum.

Graham
