Default 2.5 2003 jag won’t pass 3,000 rpm

Ok , so I’ve done A lot of readin! And nothing has helped my jag out at all. My jag won’t pass 3,000 rpms . The (limp mode) light doesn’t come on but the engine light does and when I rev it the engine light blinks .... but here is the thing. I’ve changed. Both catys, tune up, knock sensor, fuel pump( since I thought it wasn’t getting enough gas since it jerks when it’s cold) , 02 sensors (both) MAF changes since that’s that came up first . Change the gaskets and 0rings and yet I still can’t figure this thing out. I’ve done out a lot of money and hurts to just let it go. I’ve had it with a mechanic who “tried “ everything . I even threw in my 2 cents since I been doing a lot of research and yet nothing !!!!! The damm codes come the same . If it’s not my MAF it’s the 02 sensors and yes both of them come up. Idk what to do. At this point I feel like it’s something simple . If anyone can help I’d appreciate it a lot . Don’t want to give up on it . It’s been a year of me going back and forth with this thing .

Welcome to the forums Brikels Calamiteos,

I'll make some guesses because the information isn't in your profile or your post:
1. it's an X-Type (because of the engine capacity)
2. it's petrol NOT diesel (because your IP Address shows you're in California)

Follow this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x-type-x400-14/ to the X-Type forum for help, advice and information. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues. For the best advice, post the actual error codes NOT descriptions. Unless you use the Jaguar DTC lookup, descriptions can very often be misleading.

Please add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

You can also use the US Southwest Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/us-southwest-37/ to find other members in your region.

Welcome to the Forums.

Like Graham, guessing a tad.

Only thing not mentioned on your list is Fuel Filter.

If your MIL/Check engine light is flashing, that means that there are misfires which can (and will) destroy your brand new catalysts. Has the "mechanic" hooked the car up to a Jaguar compliant OBD reader? If so, what are the diagnostic trouble codes being thrown?

You should really come back and confirm the car model and mileage; then our moderator/admin can copy/move this post to a model specific forum where other owners/techs can help.
