2002 X Type Fog Lights Turn on Mysterioysly on their Own
Woke up this morning to -27 degrees Celsius and a dead car battery. This is the second time of waking up to the fog lights on even though the button for turning them on is not pulled out and they have NOT been turned on. The fog lights appear to be turning on on their own. No, we don't have any ghosts here. 
Last time this happened it was also during very cold weather. Have only had this car since September 2019. Any ideas would be much appreciated!!!

The members in the X Type (X400) Tech Section will know. We dont have fog here, so I dont even know if mine work at all.

I grew up just South of the Border from you in Montana. I left after a week of -52F, which was quite beautiful as there was total snow cover, but the beauty wasn't enough to keep me there. I'm in California now, have No plans to go back.
