Default 2003 X-Type NO Start

last night on my 2003 X-Type AWD with a 2.5 auto as I was driving the speedo & tach started jumping back & forth from 0 to the speed I was driving, also the center console Immobilizer Alarm Light would flash. Now today the car will not start/ roll over or do anything except lock & unlock the doors. HELP!
