Hello everyone,

I have been reading this forum for a while after I test drove a 2012 XJ. I fell in love with Jaguar at that moment! I had an Audi S4 before and after driving the Jag everything else looked and felt second best.

I'm sure I will have many questions after reading the owners manual and look forward to contributing when I can as well. I will post some pictures soon, rims were painted black which is a nice touch I thought. I ended up buying a 2011 XJL naturally aspirated from a private party, full year of warranty left and only 26k miles on her.

Thanks for the welcome! I saw another member on here wrapped the roof in black and it looked great, considering doing the same to go with the black rims.

I am going to purchase new tires soon and may shop new rims as well. Continental DWS seems to be the tire of choice here, just need to see if I am going to change rim size/style or sick with these.

Making my way through the owners manual so I can learn the finer points of the car. Overall though, my wife doesn't have to ask twice for me to run an errand, any excuse to jump in and drive her I'll take!
