Hi, I live in Orlando, FL and I just joined the Jaguar Forum. I bought my wife a 2018 Jaguar XE on May 6, 2021 and we absolutely love it! However, I hear a thumping sound coming from the driver's side, behind the Steering Wheel area. I checked under the hood, but could not locate the problem. I'm afraid to drive the car too far, because I don't know if driving will cause damage. Please help!!!

Graham, thank you for your advice. My wife took her car to Orlando Jaguar today and they said we have a 60,000 mile warranty and repaired the car for free. They also did a complimentary complete multi point inspection, complimentary wheel alignment check, a complimentary tire depth check, and a complimentary car wash.

 

Good to hear. Full marks to Orlando Jaguar and peace of mind for you and your wife.
