A hint on your Location could get some geographically helpful suggestions. I think from 'brake pump' rather than 'master cylinder' you are likely to be in the US but assumptions can often be wrong.

Most of our members would DIY with a refurbishment kit if the component was suitable for refurbishment. It's many years since I last had one sleeved and I expect that approach would be expensive even if you can find a shop with the skills. If you add some details, I'll put your question in the relevant forum.
