Welcome to the forum Andy,

Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.

I can see you've already found your way to the S-Type tech forum so there's no need for a link to it from me.
The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for info on regular issues.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

You can also visit the New Zealand Region forum by following this link New Zealand - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum
to find other members in your region.

Enjoy the forums.

Graham

There has been many things so far witch has not dented my optimisom in this car
I bought it not running ! Trucked it sight un seen 600km home !
And thanks to this forum was able to track Down it's coolant leaks and it's apparently re
Accouring issue in witch two main jag dealers faild to sort out after $30k of trying with power train insurance ie new loom throu out car new computer and more !. The big problem it would throw a bunch of codes go in to limp mode !
With a max of 30kph ! I found it hadn't had the skuttle pannal patch recall and was leaking water
In to the throttle position senser plug problem solved and a very cheep car. ,
Also done belts /10% upgrade supercharger pulley / all the tentioner and idler bearings
4 water hoses / water pump / antifreeze flush to put it back to orange suff / alloy j pipe / pod filter / twin 2.5" cat back exhaust with x pipe and two step through glass packs /
drip rail clips / window removal & refit for tints . And it made it much easier to read about some one who had been there first without a doubt ! So big thanks to everyone who sheers info it great. !
Next jobs are supercharger oil change and tranz flush ! Mite also do some front bushes for front radious movement
