Default Auto Stop/start

Hi there,

I just purchased a 2018 Jaguar XF Portfolio Limited and when I first drove it seemed the auto stop was permanently disabled as there was the auto stop symbol blacked out with a diagonal line through it. Now it seems I have to manually disable every time I start the vehicle. Is there a way to permanently disable it?

Thx

Welcome to the Forums.

Annoying, agreed.

I believe it is able to be done at Dealer Level equipment.

Members in the XF (X260) Section will know for your USA market.

Good luck.

Welcome to the forums Allen,

The auto stop/start feature had to be disabled at every restart on the UK loaner I had from my dealer earlier this year and they confirmed this was not configurable. US specification may be different.

Follow this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/xf-x260-99/ to the X260 forum for help, advice and information. You can also use the US Lower Atlantic Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/u...r-atlantic-66/ to find other members in your region.

Please add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

Enjoy the forums.

Graham
