It's a challenge but one that several members have risen to successfully. It will take a LOT of time and a not inconsiderable amount of money but rising values should swing it more towards investment and away from money pit. You are going to need plenty of covered storage and working space.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
