Finally last month I bought my first Jag XkR 2004,Vert,4.2l. 30,000 mi.
Pristine condition. I didn't intro myself until I had the car to talk about. I apologise if I wasn't following the rules of the forum. It took me that long to feel I new enough to make the Jaguar plunge. But here I am happy as crap!
I'm 68 and looking forward to years of driving pleasure knowing that this forum is awesome as support.

The "Thanks" button is available on every other post but not one of your own:



I (and every other member) sees the "Thanks" button on the bottom of your posts but you don't. Compare what you can see of the same post against this pic of what I see.

You won't see the thanks button on your own posts, but should see it on all the rest.

Actually it's gone for now!! Jim may be doing some tweaking.
