Default Big hello to you jag fans!

Hello all, just joined. Great to see so many passionate people about their cars.

just got my first jag and what a jag it is! Prob fortunate to be able to join on here with the stunning XKR in 2008 year as always loved it's lines. My first v8 and can't help but rev it!

Enjoyed having years of Subaru ownership but just sold a WR1 that was a great car but they are raw cars and nothing as premium quality as the jag. Time was right to move on .

Only had the jag a couple of weeks weeks but unfortunately I'm worried about a pulsing type hum, 2 seconds on and 2 off increasing in volume with speed. It has a spring type faint sound to it but you feel it as well. Thinking supercharger connected? Spoiling the initial grin on my face at moment until the garage has time to look in a few weeks when it's having a service. Hoping nothing serious as not much money left!! Great fun if anyone can help put my mind at rest!

Look OK forward to lots of chat anyway on here as I was a regular on the Subaru one. Cheers!

Hello,
First of all, Congratulations on your 'new' Jaguar!
Second, I'm sorry your first grin has faded, but someone will be along soon to direct you to our XKR section where you can find help and advice for that noise/vibration.

Welcome to the forums from ElinorB.

Welcome to the forum Swistone,

Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.

I know you've already found your way to the X150 forum so there's no need for a link to it from me.

I've added vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. You can amend them in your User CP if required.

You can also visit the UK & Eire Region forum by following this link UK & Eire - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum
to find other members in your region.

Enjoy the forums.
