Default Bovee 1000 stopped working

Hi. I bought a Bovee 1000 for my 2013 Jaguar XK. Worked perfectly for one year. The commands on the steering wheel for volume and skipping worked fine. I was very pleased. And then, something started going wrong as the screen in the car central console started turning on and off in a loop. Took few minutes before the scre
en was on. And the Bovee 1000 stopped working and the blue-light that indicates it's on stopped turning on. I guess some bad connection. What to do? Can the Bovee be fixed? Throw away and buy a new one? Anyone had a similar problem? Thank you in advance for your advice.

I am guessing?? this is something to do with Audio.

Maybe the Members in the XK (X150) Tech Section will have suggestions,

OR

Further down the Home Page to the Audio Section.

Good luck.

Welcome to the forums Sam888,

I suspect an infotainment screen issue but members with the same model who use Bovee will be able to advise.

Follow this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/xk-xkr-x150-33/ to the XK/XKR forum for help, advice and information. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues. You can also use the Other Areas Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/other-areas-43/ to find other members in your part of the World.

Please read the guidance for new members ( https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/n...ned-up-241802/ ) which answers many of the most frequent questions about getting started.

Enjoy the forums.

The exact same thing happened to me. I suspect my Bovee has gone bad. I’ll be purchasing an Invery for much cheaper and retesting.

Did you ever figure out what was going on?
