Default Finally got another Jag!

Hi everyone!

My name is Dave and I live in SW VA. I've never been to this forum as a member before but I have owned several Jags in the past but none for the last 10 years until now...
I've owned a '58 XK150, 2 MK1's, 1 MK2, a MK9, '76 XJS and a '83 XK6. And even after all that abuse, I mean fun and many years to think about it I have just gotten another. A '97 XK8 convertible. And of course it has problems as I knew it would. Probably made a big mistake getting it but what the hell.
I am looking forward to meeting other Jag enthusiast here.

Dave

That's the thing about Free Will: we can repeat same mistakes and enjoy it every time.

Welcome from ElinorB.

Welcome to the forum Dave,

Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums. I bet there's times you wish you still had all of those earlier models in your garage.

Follow this link XK8 / XKR - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to the XK8/XKR forum for help, advice and information.
The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for info on regular issues.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

You can also visit the US Mid Atlantic Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/u...a-dc-de-wv-65/
to find other members in your region.

Enjoy the forums.

Yes I do wish I had some of those back. I'd really like to have my 1954 (not 64) Sunbeam Alpine back more than any of them. I had a lot of fun with that thing.

I did add all that to my sig but for some reason it didn't take so I tried it again maybe it will work this time. If it does my homepage link shows some of the cars I used to own.

Here are a couple pics I uploaded though...
