Default G'Day from DownUnder

Hi All

New owner form Melbourne, Aust here

Just picked up a 1980 V12 Auto XJS as a project. Not currently running (seems to be a fuel blockage) but complete and not too much rust.

Plans are to do it up over 12 months or so and use it for a Sunday cruiser

Hope to pick up lots of helpful tips & information here as well as maybe make a couple of contacts and indulge in the usual banter found on most interwebz forums

Profile stuff - male, early 40s married, kids also ride motorbikes etc etc.....done up a few cars but haven't really played with one in about 15 years so looking forward to it

cheers
cougs

Welcome aboard fellow Victorian,

You have certainly come to the right forum for useful information. Maybe some pictures as you move forward with it would be interesting.

Good Luck.

Cougs,

You should start a project thread in XJS tech forum.

Many of us like to follow progress on these. As well as general interest you would almost certainly get useful input.

Graham
