After two weeks of reading and bookmarking tons of pages I took the plunge and got my (wife's) 03 S Type V8. She loves it! Truth be told I saw so many horror stories on the interwebs that if it wasn't for all the advice in this forum I would've been scared to death! But her maiden voyage was a 130 mile trek home and she floated down the NJ Turnpike without a wimper. I'm looking forward to sharing and collecting more knowledge. Thanks to all the members who participate. This is an invaluable resource!

I heard all those stories too, and some of them were even true! The thing is, the complainers scream way louder than happy owners so they are the only ones you hear, unless you look deeper.

Follow Norri's link in post #4 to the S-Type forum for help, advice and information. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for info on regular issues.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
