have a question
hello people im ne to this i was wondering if one of u knew what was the name of the part that holds the wheel bearinghub, n shocks , the whole wheel basically
Hi, and welcome. I'll have a bash at answering. I'm referring to a non- driven wheel , but here goes. The wheel bearings ride on the spindle which is part of the steering knuckle ( for rear drive) - or in front drive cars on the rear..... Um it's still a knuckle. These are USUALlY connected by ball joints to control arms which also house one or both ends of the coil springs(if used) and the shock/ strut unit. Confused? Please tell us more about yourself and your car. The curiosity is killing us!
