Hello fellow Jag enthusiasts. I’ve done it. I’ve bought myself a JJJaaggg. A 2008 S type 3.0l v6 6spd auto with 100k miles on the clock In mint condition. Boy I’m in love. Runs like a top. No codes, no engine lights. Just finished changing all the fluids for good measure.
Anyway just wanted to introduce myself. I’m Andy and I hope to have loads of fun with you lot. Have a great day!

Thanks for the warm welcome. Yes other than having hacked an Allen key in half to loosen the transmission fill bolt. Everything seems pretty straight forward to work on this car. Not at all like the 745li I just sold to make room for this one. As soon as all the fluids were replaced I could already feel the tranny shifting much better(it wasn’t harsh before just a little slow) now shifts like new.
