Default Hello from the frozen North

Hi, at last I managed to buy the car I was going to buy many years ago, finally got hold of an XK-R convertible (2008). The only thing I have done so far is to remove fuse 19 so it now has a nice low rev growl. I have sitting in my garage the jag-wrangler kit for controlling the roof and rear windows through the remote, just need some spare time to fit!
A few people have said to me why would you buy a convertible, well I have had my car through the winter now and not once did I sit in the car and wish I had a hard top, but there were many times in the past, in the summers, when I sat in my previous cars and wished I had a convertible! It's now spring and looking forward to summer

I have the Jag Wrangler convertible kit standing by and waiting for me to find some time to fit, also looking to put a sports exhaust on but that will depend on if I can manage it without the Mrs noticing!
