Headed out (not quite) bright and early to go check out the only car I can find with my options list. Will report back.

 

I put the down payment on it today. I'm taking the train back Friday with a cashiers check for the rest. That way I can drive her home.

The last one you were considering was around 200 miles away. How far did you have to go for this one?

This one was about 200 miles. The first one was a little closer but not much.

 

I'm like you and have definite specification requirements. It's always the same way - the one you want is never available locally!

For my last four Jaguars, I wasn't able to find anything nearby and traveled between 100 - 250 miles to source them.
