Just joined. Am picking up a XJL today and know the value of a car family for the long term. Have had several Jags in the past and loved them through heartbreak and jubilation as well. First flavor of the UK was a 1983 XJ-6 with the old twin tanks for fuel and a cabin that exuded a sense of elegance and craftsmanship. Next was the famous, at least to me XJS. All white with the "Biscuit" interior. Never had a car that caused so many people to pull up along side you and tell you how great the car looked. Gotta love it. Went astray with the Germans for a few years but have been drawn back to the JAG once again.
