Default Hey guys

Hey from Toronto Ontario. Bought my 04 X-Type not too long ago and itching to customize it to my liking. Been following the threads for a while now and decided to jump on the band Wagon. Hope I can get some useful tips to keep the car running smooth and I hope to share some tips with my electronics background.

Default Thanks

Hey thanks for the warm welcome! I've been reading this forum since I got my X and only recently started making her my own. I was hoping my first post would be a fully detailed writeup of the plinth mod with my own additions such as clear casting of the cutout letters to fully waterproof the plinth, white light for normal glow and red for braking as well as soldering in connectors to the plinth lights for easy replacement... but that will haveto wait as this past winter battered the car and I'm just trying to stay ahead of repairs.
