Hi All...and a Question.
Recently found the Jaguar Forum. Based West Mids, UK and have an 2007 2.7 V6 XS model S Type with approx 145K miles in reasonable tidy condition. Runs well and in 12 months of ownership not missed a beat. A bit of a one for extremes as my other rides are a LHD Citroen Dyane 1977 and a RHD UK Dyane from 1978. The jag and the little citroens all put a smile on my face.
A quick Jag question of course. The beeper for the lights on (when door open) indicators, front parking sensors etc is I think is in the instrument cluster. It doesn't beep. If I replace the cluster I believe that the unit will need to be re-programmed or the car will not fire up. Is this correct and has anyone passed this way before? Any advice welcomed before I mess things up. Many thanks in advance.

I've tried an Instrument Pack swap on an XK8 only to find it had to be re-programmed and I expect the S-Type will be the same.
I can see you've already found your way to the S-Type forum searching for beeper posts so there's no need for a link to it from me. Welcome to the Forums.
OH the joy of a beeper that does NOT beep, that would be bliss.
One of my X300 had that hissy, the other way round, never shut up, so I went searching and pulled the wires, heaven on wheels.
As we say down here, "leave sleeping dogs well alone".
