Hi guys, I’m Sam. I’ve always been a Jaguar fan since before I could drive. Mainly the XJ series. I fell in love I believe around the age of 13 with an X308 XJR that my father and I stopped to look at. When the sales guy opened the hood, I knew from there it was a special car.
Fast forward 16 years, I finally picked up a Carnival red X308 XJR from Ohio and drove it back to WI last week. 2003 with 43k miles.
This week I had my PDR guy remove a few door dings and today it is getting a complete detail. I put new Bridgestone Pole positions on it and replaced a seat module. Other than the sagging head liner, the car is nearly immaculate.
Please add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
Hey Sam. You sound like me who got into the marque when I was 13 or 14. I'd go to the library to read automotive books and magazines and the Jaguar stuff was always the most interesting to me.
